Eviivo acts solely as a technical facilitator of your booking and is not a party to the contract between you and Grand Sapphire Hotel. Eviivo:
Does not endorse or guarantee the accommodation.
Is not responsible for the quality, safety, or performance of your stay.
Shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, even if advised of such possibilities.
This does not affect Eviivo’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Check-in Requirements
The credit card used to make the booking must be presented at check-in.
For cash payments, valid photo ID must be shown.
All guests must provide photo identification and a valid credit card upon arrival.
A £20 per night deposit is required (via credit card pre-authorisation or cash) for guests wishing to charge incidentals to their room.
Special Requests
All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Bookings on Behalf of Others
For corporate bookings, a pre-authorisation form must be submitted.
For leisure bookings made on behalf of someone else, a pre-authorisation form and a copy of the guest’s ID are required to confirm the booking.
Payment Terms
An administration fee may apply to all credit card payments.
Payments via American Express will incur a 3.25% surcharge.
All prices include tax and service charges, as per local laws.
Prices may be reviewed if 60 days or more have passed since the initial correspondence.
Credit account applications must be submitted at least 14 days before arrival and are only available to UK-based companies (application form available upon request).
The balance of your stay must be paid upon check-out, unless a credit account is pre-approved.
For credit account holders, invoices must be settled within 14 days of issue.
All transactions are processed in Pounds Sterling (£).
Payment methods: Cash, accepted credit cards, or cheque (up to the amount covered by a bank guarantee card). Prior arrangement is required for cheques above this limit.
Please note: Solo and JCB cards are not accepted.
Security Deposit
A £100 refundable security deposit is required at check-in to cover any incidentals or damage. This will be returned upon check-out, subject to room inspection.
Parking Policy
Parking is prohibited for the following vehicles:
Caravans, tow trucks, car homes, long wheelbase vehicles, 18-wheelers, or any vehicle over 3.5 tonnes.Extra-long vehicles will incur a £25/day parking fee.

Cancellation Policy
We operate a strict 48-hour cancellation policy.
You may cancel any part of your booking as long as 48 hours or more remain before check-in for that specific night.
Only the nights that still fall outside the 48-hour window are eligible for cancellation and refund.
Nights within the 48-hour window are non-refundable.
No-shows will also be charged in full, with no refund due.
